The terms, in short
Money
- 15% commission on the products you sell. Nothing on shipping or tax.
- Card processing of 2.9% + 30¢ per order, on the products and any shipping the customer paid.
- No listing fee and no monthly fee.
- You are paid 7 days after the order is marked as shipped.
Your orders
- You ship your own orders, within 3 to 5 business days, with a tracking number.
- Print shipping labels from your dashboard, or have orders sync to your Shopify store and ship from there.
- You set your shipping price. Charging customers less for shipping can place you higher when shoppers browse categories and on the homepage.
- Customer details are for filling orders only, not for marketing.
When something goes wrong
- A damaged, defective, wrong or missing item is always yours to put right, even if you choose “no returns”.
- Answer a return request within 3 business days. If you don’t, we step in and review it.
- A refund comes out of that order’s payout. If you have already been paid, it is taken back from that payout through Stripe. We give back our commission. You still pay the card processing fee.
Your products
- Every product must meet our fragrance-free standard, with an accurate ingredient list. We can remove a listing or suspend a shop that does not.
- Price your products no higher than on your own website.
Good to know
- Selling with us is not exclusive, and you keep ownership of your brand, photos and wording.
- We give at least 30 days’ notice before changing fees, and you can close your shop at any time.
